Delivered a portfolio of IT project changes within Shell’s global enterprise technology and projects team between 2023 and 2024.

Performed a London Integration Lead role across all London based projects, provided status reporting, escalation management, prioritisation of new requests, feasibility estimates and handover to project managers for initiating.

Collaborated with real estate (RE) management teams responsible for corporate office changes, moves and new builds.

Led IT teams in a fast-paced environment to design, procure, install and test technology components related to network connectivity, audio visual (AV) conferencing, workstation productivity and digital signage across multiple new office floors.

Managed both internal IT staff and external vendors to the highest standards while collaborating with non-technical RE stakeholders, external architects and construction teams.
