In partnership with Crown Fibre Holdings, WNL formed Ultrafast Fibre Limited (UFF) who are responsible for building a 3,000km fibre network, passing 162,000 premises, this represents 13% of the entire national ultra-fast broadband deployment.

Insourced a service desk responsible for service order fulfilment and provisioning. Recruited, trained, and fitted an office out for the team, provided process improvements and using SCRUM principles, developed an application for internal service order workflow management.

Delivered RSP service order portal upgrades, responsible for major software updates to improve customer order management, workflow tracking and integration into service desk management system.

Managed medium sized teams of five to fourteen with budgets ranging from NZD$150k-$500k
